Flying Leap Hospitality Group
Flying Leap Hospitality Group is the natural evolution of a simple idea: control your craft from the ground up and deliver it directly to the guest with purpose, precision, and pride.
Our story begins in the high desert of southern Arizona. In 2010, we started as farmers—planting vineyards in the rugged soils of southeastern Arizona with a long-term vision and a hands-on commitment to the land. From those first vines, we built Flying Leap Vineyards in 2013, transforming raw fruit into wines that express both place and discipline. In 2016, we expanded into distillation, applying the same rigor to craft a portfolio of spirits.
By 2018, we extended our reach statewide through direct distribution, taking control of how our products moved to market. What began as a vineyard became a fully integrated production and distribution platform—and in 2025, we completed the model by expanding into hospitality, bringing the entire experience directly to the guest.
Hospitality was not an add-on. It was the logical next step.
In 2025, we acquired Noble Hops and Vero Amore—not as passive investments, but as operating decisions. 
We rebuilt them from the inside out: restructuring operations, resetting cost disciplines, refining menus, and aligning every aspect of the business around efficiency, quality, and contribution. These venues became our direct-to-consumer channels—places where our wines, spirits, and standards meet the public on our terms.

At Noble Hops, our craft beer gastropub in Oro Valley, we pair elevated comfort food with a disciplined, high-performance beverage program. At Vero Amore, our Italian trattoria in Tucson, we combine traditional technique with modern execution, anchored by a wine program rooted in our identity as producers. At The Still, our craft cocktail and cigar bar, we showcase our distilling capabilities in a more intimate, refined setting centered on premium spirits.
