Community Outreach & Donations Request Policy
Flying Leap Hospitality Group is proud to be part of the greater Tucson and Southern Arizona community. Each year, we support a select number of local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations through in-kind donations for silent auctions and fundraising events that strengthen and enrich our community.
How to Request a Donation
To be considered, all requests must meet the following requirements:
- Submit your request on your organization’s official letterhead.
- Include verification of your 501(c)(3) nonprofit designation.
- Provide a short narrative (one to two paragraphs) that explains:
• How the donated item will be used to generate revenue for your event.
• How the funds raised from the item will be used by your organization.
• What specific community benefit our contribution will help support.
• Who will be served by the revenue your event generates.
• Why your organization is seeking support from Flying Leap Hospitality Group and how our mission aligns with your cause. - Email all complete requests to marc@FLHGroup.com or submit your request using our online donation form (button below).
Important Notes:
• We provide donations only for silent auctions (no raffles, drawings, giveaways, or door
prizes).
• Submission does not guarantee approval due to the high volume of requests.
• Incomplete submissions may not be considered.
